traveling and wanting to see the world!
Pictures hanging on the walls taunting me
With places I may never see
How I wish to get way from here
With the world, myself I wish to share
Traveling from place to place
Everyday finding a new face
These walls that hold I wish to flee
To see the world spread out before me

On the wings of the wind
My broken spirit, I will mend
Colors and places flashing by
Always asking questions like who, how, or why
Across the world I will go
To see the birds and how the waters flow
Through open land I will run
In the bright exotic sun

No longer will the pictures taunt me
For in the places portrayed I will be
Learning their secrets and drifting on the wind
My broken spirit, no longer will I need to mend
