Wandering & Wondering

Who am I and why am I here?

I want to help, like Paul Revere.

I know I can do anything, but what do I choose?

I’ve absorbed a lot but I’ve always hung loose.

I feel a need to share what I’ve learned.

The world is a mess, and I’m very concerned.

I’m an extremely good craftsman, manipulating material.

But my emotional understanding, comes rather piecemeal.

I need to sit down, and go within,

Level out life, pull out of the spin.

So that those that I touch, may understand,

That we all may choose, life’s not quicksand.

An understanding I wish to convey,

Life is a game it’s not all grey.

So if your rich or poor, it really doesn’t matter.

You can reach the heights with your own hook and ladder.

Life doesn’t have, to be a battle.

It’s how you ride, so stick in the saddle.
