Hoping for something to rekindle our bond
I looked for you, each and every day,
Hoping for you to come back, to just be found
But still I'm standing here looking like a fool,
Holding my own hand, because you never came back
Hoping for you to just understand, but instead I can't

But now I've come to the realization,
I am the beginning, the beginning of what you began,
And now I've surpassing everything you thought you'd ruined,
Becoming someone who takes nothing and gives everything
Something you never did,
Now I'm better, holding my head up high
And achieving everything that you let pass by
