Written in a time of lonliness
It's been forever since I saw you cry,
Forever, forever, too long to lie.
Wrong isn't right,
It's not worth the fight.
Hold on, forever,
If you let go, don't fall.
Standing tall,
That says it all, forever.
Nothing passes,
Nor walks away.
To me forever's all the same,
A sugar-coated lie.
They'll smile and laugh,
Just about the past,
Forever.
