A poem of sorts about my inevitable "drowning"
Drowning.
No matter where I am,
No matter if I know it,
I'm drowning.

I drown in;
Sorrow
Fear
Love
Longing
Happiness
Giggles
Tears
Stress
You
Pressure
Smiles
Hugs
Depression
Kisses.

Someday I know I'll sink, never to resurface
I will drown in;
Scars
Pills
And water.

The bad will outweigh the goodness of life.
I will forget how to swim
Forget how to breath.

I will cry out for your help,
I will shout,
I will plead.

When you come to my rescue, it'll all be for nothing.
You won't get to save me, for my words were empty.
So hold onto me tight or let me go, to sink, to drown..
