What it's like to be in a prison you built yourself.
Prison

Zig zags through the page
Bars confine my thoughts
Creativity is lost
In a prison of geometric lines

Pink, white and yellow mixing together
Bloody red – it’s everywhere

Criss crossed diagonal spots
Normal attitudes are expected
Let me out of this jail
To be who I really am

Wavy, curly, colored spots
Small little pens like kids in a concentration camp
Set me free out of this misery

Blending into bland little squares
Kept in a cage I cannot escape
Go away and let me run
Into my dreams that rise with the Son.
