Better together

I don't know why
we need to compare sweet
against sour.
What is so wrong about sweet and sour?
I do enjoy dipping my nuggets into
sweet and sour sauce.

Though I suppose if we must,
sweet is nicer than sour.
People like it when you're sweet,
but a sour person is never fun
to be around.

Sour drinks are fun, though.
I enjoy a good lemonade
from time to time.
Although I suppose that is also
sweet and sour.

So now I must ask once more,
what is wrong with sweet AND sour?
