I love my little guinea pig,
Into my heart his rumblings dig,
As a group they're called a "herd,"
But there must be a less dull word,
Like something else that interests me,
We could call them a "poetry,"
Another word fits like a glove,
A troupe might be called a "love,"
In a new language incarnation,
I'd gladly choose a "celebration,"
Our terminology I'd like to freshen,
Referring to a guinea "expression,"
It would make more sense to me,
If they were called a "society,"
An "industry" or "agency,"
Or better yet a “philosophy,”
You may think me a nerd,
But there must be a less dull word.
