My life is getting smaller
An Ending

Too many falls and broken bones
Ending my days in the garden
Floundering over hidden stones
My daughter tells me I am done


I've planted for many a year
It's impossible to just cease
I need to plant for inner peace
flowerpots on my porch appear





Serventesio is the form for the first stanza
rhyming is abab

Redondilla is the form for the second stanza
rhyming is abba

Both are 4 lines 8 syllables each
