Examines how hidden, cyclical pain sustains and burdens us, urging release and truth.
Pain is something we hold inside, crumpling it and never showing its true nature. It anchors us to the past, unseen and enduring. Pain sustains us, though it's difficult to perceive, pushing us forward despite the turbulent sea. It is unyielding and harsh, leaving us downcast and sullen.

Pain moves in circles; if not released, it can hurt both ourselves and those around us. It remains hidden, not always apparent, and often unnoticed unless we voice our doubts. Despite our hesitations, letting go of pain is essential. It may hurt deeply, like a piercing knife, but we cannot bear it alone. Express your doubts and release the pain, allowing your true self to be seen.
