Easy Hummus (chick peas)recipe.

Chick Pea Pate'

4 cups of chick peas- mashed
1/2 teasp. black pepper
1 teasp. salt
1 teasp. parsley
1/2 teasp.paprika
1/3 cup pickle relish
1/3 cup fat free mayonaise

* Mix all together and spread on sandwich. You can also top on salads.
