Personal experience of dealing with mental health for 20 years.
She lets out a silent cry
But tears she does not shed
Trying to relax with a sigh
She tries to become one with her bed

Every day it’s a battle she fights
Never knowing what kind of day it will be
Invisible enemies kept in her sights
Constantly praying as she longs to be free

No one understands, but neither does she
All she wants is to not feel so crappy
Wanting a day to feel nothing but happy
