| Prompt: Lyn asked if we are following the Queen Elizabeth Media. She also asked how we feel about the Royals in our culture. September 8, 2022. Queen Elizabeth died today. I feel so sad. She was 96 and was a Queen for 7 decades. I don't live in England. I live in the USA. I cared more about her then I do our own leaders. She cared about England. I was so sad when Princess Diana died. I didn't think the Queen cared but she did. I think about Princess Diana as she died in that car accident twenty-five years ago in France. I loved her and was so sad. I have always been fascinated with England and The Royals. I mourned Princess Diana and I loved Diana and the Queen. I cried as soon as I heard about Queen Elizabeth dying like I did when Princess Diana died. I am part English. I feel I have some bond with England so I can love the Royals. Fairy Tales, Princesses and Queens. I like dreaming about that world. My heart is in England. At least Harry come home to see her without Meghan. Meghan. I am disappointed in her. I will remember the Queen. She had a long life and was happy for the most part. It can't be easy being Royal. She ruled England and tried to sat things right with her family.I say a prayer for the family and hope Charles will be a good King. I have to say this. He was mean to Princess Diana and she should have been alive and be Queen, not Camilla. I feel I had to say this. I look at the picture I have of Queen Elizabeth and sing Britannia. England lost their Queen. England will carry on. God will prevail. Queen Elizabeth is with Prince Phillip now. She will live in everyone's heart. I will always admire the Royals. We will never forget the Queen.  |
