Answer: I believe effort must be put into it every day. I should never stop communicating or stop trying to get closer to God. The Bible says if we draw close to him, he will draw close to us. (James 4:8)


Prayer prompt: Pray that the gospel will reach the world and that the love of Christ would be made known to everyone.

Dear God,
Please, let the love of Christ be made known to the whole world. If there be any ears that have not heard your message, open the doors to get it to them now.

During this month what greeting do you extend when you interact with people: Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, Happy Yule, Season's Greeting, Happy Hanukkah? If not, is it because you're hesitant to offend someone?

It's offensive to me that I can't express my own beliefs in public. I will say Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays. If someone is offended, it is their problem. Ok, sorry I wished you good tidings on what I believe is a holiday worth celebrating even if you don't celebrate. Have a horrible day instead if that is what you wish. I think we get a bit ridiculous with some of this stuff. People wish women who aren't mothers or females who can't have children a happy Mother's Day. Is this wrong for them to do even though unknown to them the female's heart is broken because they have no children?

Not really. I might have a little fun with it or blame it on Friday the 13th if I'm having a bad day though.
