This year was nice because we celebrated family Christmas at home this year. My two oldest boys never show up. They are missed. The weather was on our side, and we had a nice time chatting and catching up on family news on New Years Day. Even the New York section of the group was here. Family left before the storm moved in. By morning we had 2 more feet of snow. New Years Eve was quiet. This year we just turned in early and woke up in 2025. Some years we watch the ball drop in NY city on TV. Other years we just watch TV or read until lights out. One year quietly moves out and leaves room for the New Year to move in. Hope your New Year brings blessings.  |
