scrumptious breakfast but deadly for pre-diabetics


My favorite breakfast
Has always been
A fully loaded American breakfast
Served 24/7 at Denny’s or IHOP
It consists of bacon, biscuits with gravy, cheese,
Eggs (or Denver omelet), ham, grits, hash browns,
Pancakes or waffles, fruit juice, and endless coffee
Scrumptious but deadly to me, now that I am pre-diabetic!
