"October 12, 2018"     Prompt: "Create an Halloween entry. Let's see how creative you are. "If Christians realized what Halloween was all about they would avoid it like a plague. Halloween is actually a pagan holiday Christianized by the Catholic church. Many pagans became Christians and then wanted to celebrate the fall solstice and All Hallows Day, which was a pagan celebration of the dead. Rather than have people revert back to their pagan ways the Catholic church compromised and called the day All Saints day to celebrate dead saints. It became Halloween. I want no part of it thank you. Do the dark sides of our personality aid us or harm us?" I'm not going to mince words here. Jesus called the dark part of our personality "sin" and said it was harmful.
