Married to the same man for 57 years and we have lived in the same house all but the first 4 months of our marriage. Worked for or in association with the same company since I was 19 years old, I'll soon be 79. I've been in the same office space for 37 years. My office manager has worked for me for 35 years. I spent 6 years researching and documenting a history of poetic form and genre from around the world while continuing my day job. After the posting of my body of work which at the time included over 1200 forms and genres, I have continued to upgrade as a work in progress. I discover and document new, ongoing creations in the field regularly. I now include almost 1700. A -D  E - O P - Z The ultimate goal is to write an example poem in each form or genre, I'll get there. All of this probably sounds boring, but my life has really been one adventure after another. And here I am, the poster child for commitment. |
