Lost Love
our assignment: Think about some emotion (joy, sorrow, anger, rage, etc.) and make a list of words and images which evoke that emotion. Then, sort them out and use them to build a poem

Lost Love

Splintered words thrown at me
Collapsing on the bedside in tears
Trembling bodies once intertwined
Now falling off the bed so hard
Worrying about the feelings shared
Hoping for the best with you
If only you and I could find love again
Love we once shared so deeply
Joy we once shared now sorrow.
