5. Her feet go down to death; her steps take hold on hell.

6. Lest thou shouldest ponder the path of life, her ways are moveable, that thou canst not know them.

7. Hear me now therefore, O ye children, and depart not from the words of my mouth.

8. Remove thy way far from her, and come to nigh the door of her house.

On the surface here it appears that Solomon is saying to stay away from the adulterous woman, which in itself is good advice. However, what Solomon is really saying is that believers should steer clear of evil all together. He uses a pneumonic device to personify evil as an adulterous woman. He will end by telling us that those who follow her end up dead. She is like a black widow spider who always kills her mate.

I am a peer recovery support specialist. I work with addicts to help them overcome their addiction. I am also a chaplain at the West Virginia Veterasns Home in Barboursville WV. I conduct religious services and preach.

I don't have a lot of confidence in the vaccine. I hear it makes people sick so if I am healthy I'm not going to worry about it.
