Christmas
Prompt: "What is Christmas? It is tenderness for the past, courage for the present, hope for the future." Agnes M. Pahro
Write about this in your Blog entry today.

I love Christmas memories. I enjoy the dinners and gifts. This year, my parents are social distancing and so is my cousin, so we won't be together. My cousin, mother and I are going to celebrate in the spring. Christmas is Jesus' Birthday. I keep that in mind. The virus can't stop Christmas. Like the Grinch couldn't, either. This virus is a Grinch. My husband took me shopping and I bought some Kate Spade jewelry and a new purse. We are going back to Kate Spade, so this will be my Birthday and Christmas. My Birthday is December 21. We bought a Birthday cake, a Dairy Queen Cake. I put some Christmas decorations up. This won't be the best Christmas but it won't be the worst. Our house burned down 20 years ago. That was the worst. This year, I done a little shopping and bought Mom a couple of gifts and I left them on her door step and she is giving me money. In spring, after the vaccine, we will go shopping and have a belated Christmas. I have courage to get through this and have hope for the future. Christmas is different this year but I still love it and wish Jesus a Happy Birthday as I pray for us all.

A beautiful Sig of me by best friend Angel for St. Pats Day.
