Close your eyes. Name five sounds that you hear.

Airplane flying over neighborhood.
Car driving past apartment.
Refrigerator running.
Child crying out side.
Notice how you're feeling right now, with awareness but without judgement. I feel relaxed. My mind is calm and unworried.
How will you be more present today?
I will be more present as I say each prayer today . I will focus on the words and let them flow through my mind.
