St. Patrick's Day

Prompt: Write about St. Patrick's Day.

I have never celebrated St. Patrick's Day but I hear people have fun. In South Bend, Indiana, they dye the river green. I once went to a Irish Pub with 2 friends. The one had just graduated from Nurse's School. A dozen men were drinking and it wasn't St. Patrick's Day. I have never seen any leprechauns on St. Patrick's Day. I have seen short guys who could pass as Leprechauns. I remember in school, you had to wear something green on St. Patrick's Day or you would get pinched. I do like buying cupcakes with green frosting on them. I do like cute St. Paddy's Day decorations. I am not Irish but I have English in me and I like Irish people. Erin Go Baugh!
