A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here. |
Twenty-Three, But It’s true, I did get twenty-three single paragraphs written for my movie Story Outline for my Water Wars scriptwriting project. but that included the eighteen that was only three lines long each. Nine that ended the Tag Act for the first part of this movie. And nine that started the Teaser Act for the second part of it. It still counts as twenty-three. But it was more like about fourteen or fifteen that I did overall. Maybe sixteen at the most. Even fourteen to sixteen would have been good for a Thursday. But twenty-three is even better. The big question is how did I get that many written during a weekday? It wasn’t because of work or the weather. That much I know for sure. it was a very normal yesterday at work. Very busy most of the time. But not that busy. so, I had plenty of time to write. And write I did. Not even the weather stopped me from doing that. True, it was a little bit nippy out yesterday at work. And there was a lot of sun too. But that didn’t slow me down that much. Don’t ask me how I got that many single paragraphs written. Because I don’t know. All that I do know is that once I started writing I couldn’t stop myself. The only thing that did stop me slightly was work. And even that didn’t slow me down that much. I just hope that today will be as good as the last couple of days. I’m not going to count on that happening until it does. After all, it’s a Friday. And it has been very, very busy on Fridays lately. Of course, that has been true for Wednesdays and Thursdays too. I have been able to do quite a bit of work on the last two days. So, there is no reason why I can’t do it today too. It’s not just how busy it gets at work, though. it also has to do with my writing itself. After all, I am starting Act One and Act two for the second half of this movie. And those are the harder Acts to do. I should be able to get Act One written. It’s Act Two that I’m not sure about. If I’m lucky, I may get about half of Act Two written.
