Four Scenes Only

I know that this blog entry is about one or two hours earlier than it usually is. But that’s because I didn’t get too much sleep last night. What happened to me on Wednesday I just couldn’t stop thinking about. Of course, I tried to go to sleep. But I couldn’t do it. I only got about three hours of sleep last night. If I even got that much.

True, I was a little bit worried that my lack of sleep would affect me at work. That I would have to fight to stay awake at work. Especially, after it got dark. But that didn’t happen. I don’t know why. Though, I think it was because of what happened to me at work yesterday. Not only did I have to write up an Incident Report about what happened on Wednesday, but I had to write three more IRs in the first half of my shift.

There was a fourth one that I should have written toward the end of the second half of my shift. But I didn’t do that because I got a new rule that probably only applies to me. At least I think it does. I just haven’t been able to verify it yet. But I’m sure that it's just me that has to get permission to take some personal care time. When that happened, I decided to give up.

I decided that I didn’t care anymore. If they wanted to continue doing what they have been doing, I didn’t care. Since I didn’t, there is no need to write up any more IRs about it. Especially, since nothing is ever going to be done about it. Other than blaming me for them.

All that happened yesterday, is one reason why I only got four scenes written yesterday at work. Another reason why is because it was extremely busy there. The weather was also a reason too. After all, it was very, very hot yesterday. And I was out in it a lot. In fact, I was out there at least twice as much as I usually am.

Putting it all together, and that is why I only got four scenes written yesterday for part one of my movie for my Water Wars scriptwriting project. I’m hoping to be doing a whole lot better today. Of course, that all depends on what happens at work today. I hope that nothing happens. But I’m not going to count on that until it happens.
