Why So Late for Today

This blog title has a very good question. And the answer to that question is that I didn’t go to work today. So, I didn’t need to do this blog entry before I went to sleep last night. In fact, I had to go to sleep early last night because I had something that I needed to get done today. And it took me almost all day to do it. That’s another reason why I’m not getting this blog entry in until now.

That’s enough of that. Now let us get down to the real reason for these blog entries. And that is to write about my scriptwriting. That is more good news. At least I think that it is. I did another seven scenes for the first part of the movie for my Water Wars scriptwriting project. And once again, there are no Establishing Shots.

It could have one or two more scenes that I could have gotten written yesterday at work. What is the usual reason why I don’t get as much writing as I want to get written? That’s right it’s work. That is one of the reasons that I didn’t get more scenes written. The other one is that I had some trouble with a couple of the seven scenes that I did get written.

Work was very busy yesterday. Especially, the first two and the last two hours of it. That’s not unusual for a Thursday. After all, that is how it’s been the last few yesterdays. But this one was a little different than the others. Not because the heat was completely bad, but because of how busy it was. The middle four hours weren’t that much better. But they were a little bit better.

Like I just wrote above, the other reason I didn’t get a few more written yesterday at work is that I had a little trouble with two of the scenes that I got written. And both were for the same reason. The line, second, count was too much. And it took me some time to work it out. Those re-writes were too bad. But it did eat up enough time to stop me from writing more.
