Not Too Bad for a Friday

Still very mad about what happened this last Wednesday. And that may be part of the reason why I didn’t get more writing done on the second part of the movie for my Water Wars scriptwriting project. But it’s not the only reason why I only got five scenes written yesterday at work on this project.

Five scenes aren’t too bad, though. At least I don’t think that they are. Especially, considering that it happened on a weekday aka a Friday. Five to ten is about average. With it being closer to five than ten. Anything above ten I think is a miracle. Particularly, if it happens on a weekday. It’s not as good on a weekend. But even that I consider as good.

Work may have also been a slight reason why I may have not gotten as much writing as I wanted to get done at work yesterday. Not who I work for as much as where I work. It wasn’t too bad with who I work for. Nothing big happened when it comes to them. But I can’t write that about where I work. it was a little bit busy there yesterday. Maybe not quite as busy as it has been lately. But it was probably a close second or third.

Today, it’s a Saturday. And in the good old days, a Saturday meant that I would get a lot of writing done. But lately, I haven’t been able to do that. True, this is my movie script. And the ones before that were my Outlines. But that still doesn’t justify how bad I have been doing at work lately on a Saturday. Also true, I have had a lot of split shifts to deal with too. And that held me down with my writing. If it didn’t stop it completely.

I’m hoping that I will be getting a lot of writing done on this movie. But after what has been happening lately, I’m not going to count on that until it happens. If I’m lucky, I may get five to ten of them done. With it closer to being ten or in the middle of five to ten with an eight than a five. I would like to get more than ten. But I doubt that is going to happen. Of course, I hope that it does. I just don’t think that it will.
