A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here. |
Two Saturdays in a Row This is the second Saturday in a row that I have gotten a split shift. Only this one was more like last Sunday because it was at what I call the main gate. The results were the same, though. I couldn’t get any writing done there. And I didn’t feel like it when I got to my normal post for the last four hours of my shift. I know that I should have tried. Even one or two scenes are better than none. Then again, maybe they would have been. Sure, I could have maybe gotten a few scenes written. But how would they have turned out? They may have turned out just fine. And they may have needed to be re-written. Most likely that is what would have been what would have happened because of the way I was feeling. Maybe they have finally beaten me. They have been trying to get rid of me for almost two and a half years. And maybe they have just done that. After all, I haven’t gotten too much writing done in the last few days. The last few weeks haven’t been too much better. And it’s starting to look like they are about to get what they have wanted for so long. My brother and I are already looking to move back to Lawrence or Topeka. Not just because of work, but it’s one of the main reasons why we are doing it. As far as I know as of this writing, I’m going to be at my normal post. If that’s true, then I may be able to get a lot of writing done today. after all, I’m working a double shift today. Even if I’m still feeling mad about what is going on with me lately, I’m going to get some writing done on the second part of the movie for my Water Wars scriptwriting project. I’m just not sure how much that I will be able to do. I hope that it’s a lot. And with sixteen hours it should be. But after what has been happening I’m not going to count on anything until it happens.
