This Monday So Far

Another short blog entry? That is a very good possibility this time. Not because I don’t have anything to write about, but because I worked another double shift at work yesterday and this morning. As a result, I haven’t gotten too much sleep today. in fact, I have only gotten a few hours today thanks to things that my brother and I needed to get done today.

Unfortunately, that’s true. I haven’t gotten any writing done today. And with only a few more days left before the end of this month, that doesn’t give me too much time to finish my second Short Story for this month. Can I still do it? The answer to that question is I don’t know. It all depends on what we need to do tomorrow. I don’t think that we need to do too much. If anything needs to be done.

It’s not all bad news, though. I have gotten the first half of this Short Story written. That’s because I did work on it after work a couple of days last week. Unfortunately, I still have about half of it left to write. I can still get it done tomorrow. But it may not be that easy to do. After all, I still need a lot of sleep to catch up on.

Normally, I would spend the whole night if needed to get it done. But I can’t do that this month. At least I can’t until I get some sleep. If I can do that tonight, I may have a very good chance of finishing this Short Story tomorrow. That’s a very big if. I know that I can’t catch up on my sleep in one night. But I can get a jump on doing it.
