The main components of contentment
are detachment
and service to humanity,
not asceticism.

Contented
in a life of service
to humanity
and spreading the teachings
of the Blessed Beauty1
'Abdu'l-Baha--
the Servant of Glory--
attained true happiness
and contentment
while living in this mortal realm.
