If you are Christian are you willing to state that the man-in-your-life is your lord and savior? That any man in your family has the right to control your life and any man, as in any man has the right to control your uterus?

I would ponder whether you live in Texas, Florida or wave a Confederate flag? Do you still watch "Leave it to Beaver"?

The emancipation of women has a long way to go. In Iran in 1848 Tahirih pulled off her veil and shocked the men gathered at Badasht.

Before her death in 1852 she prclaimed, "You can kill me as soon as you like, but you cannot stop the emancipation of women."
