2022 - Limerick #3? - Forest Walk
I once walked out into the forest
The day began light with bird chorus
Then darkness and cold rain
Sliced through the world, brought pain
I raced home my heart filled abhorrest.
Written for The Lucky Limerick Contest.... maybe. I'm not sure if this is a true Limerick. It needs some work... and some feedback.
