20220505 Update

Quick one, because it's been a week and I feel I should add to this at least once a week. So... writing.

A few columns for Weekend Notes have been completed, though not as many as I would like.

Four job application letters. Always fun.

2000 words added to my non-fiction never-ending personal history book, bringing it to 26k words in total. Started in 2017; so slow.

Only 2000 words added to my novel. This has been so slow. I started it in February and it is only at 50k words at the moment. Of course, I have had 2 major deletions - a 5k word deletion and, recently, 11k words wiped out. The joy of being a pantser.

2 poems written. One short story completed (for "Fabulous Fantasy Contest " ). One long short finished (for WdC's "Long, Long, Long" ). Planning an essay for "Merit Badge Projects"  but it seems to be inactive, so it may not get written.

So, writing continues. No reviews received; two given. One more is coming, but I am struggling with it.

And that's this incredibly dull update.
