A.1 Looking Glass House:Reflections A.1

Prompt: We are midway through 2022. Reflect on the year you have had so far and what you to achieve as you go forward.

I had a UTI 4 for 4 months and being on antibiotics, getting a bladder/kidney ultrasound, I checked out normal. I got my bladder dilated and finally got better as the antibiotics kicked in. I am anemic and got iron infusions, now I am alright. I need a knee replacement. I have had a bad year medically. I do hope I will get better after my knee replacement.

Nothing exciting. I do shopping at times. I don't read much. My husband and I hope to go to the zoo. I want to go to the Hallmark Ornament Premiere.

I had all my Covid vaccines and I avoided that dreadful virus. I pray it will end along with the war in Ukraine. I go to Church.

My cat is healthy and happy. My tortoise shell kitty Bella.

My mother and I have Game Night with our friend from Church. We like playing Apples, Upwords, Trivia, Scrabble, Skipbo, Monopoly and other card games.

My cousin wants Mom and I to come over and we are going to watch the new Downton Abbey: A New Era movie. I have the movie and I have seen it twice. I love it.

My mother and I have lunch with our friend every three weeks. I worked with my friend L and we worked in Nursing for fourteen years.

My husband and I replaced our refrigerator. We had our electric worked on. We ran into a problem. The computer room had no electricity so we were running on a cable until we got it fixed five days later. The house doesn't need anything else at this time.

I clean house. My husband planted some flowers I got from Church.

I don't plan on writing any novels. I had two published over ten years ago. I haven't submitted any writing in years. I wish I could write like Danielle Steel but I can't. I am content to write on here.

I hope things will perk up. I live each day as it comes. Here is to better days.
