If you were in charge of the bar's cleanup, what would you do with the stuff in the spittoons if you couldn't flush, pour in the trash, or add to any mixed drink? There are barrels of it in the basement that we need to get rid of, and we have to make sure no one gets caught.

The mystery moisture in the spittoons could be recycled into a new brand of cleaning fluid. I think it could become the new CLR.

Market it under the brand of ‘Monkey Madness’. You could inform customers that this cleaner is made of small batches on the premises of the Banana Bar. Get in on the local producing bandwagon, market to the tourism people. You have no idea how many people will travel huge distances for flowers from a local farm, fresh from local eggs, and a decent hamburger.

Get Andre and his minions signed up to bottle this concoction. You can promise them drinks, but not until the bottling chores are done.
