When you see a bitem link you want to fan, you must go into the item. You cannot fan it from the link.

That Plus Sign belongs to the item owner, not the item. Enter the item and find the Plus in the upper right corner.

Remember to click twice until you see the megaphone so the owner is notified as some of us reward our fans and fans of our items.
