A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here. |
A Little Better Than Yesterday I think that I did about ninety to ninety-five single sentences for my second scriptwriting project, The Final Ritual, early this morning at work. But I’m not exactly sure how many I did because of the way I write each Act. All I know for sure is that I’m just a little bit over halfway through this Scene Outline. I’m getting ready to start working on Act Five. That means that I have one hundred and sixty single sentences to write for this project to finish this part of it. Will I get that many written today? That is a very good question. My answer to it is that I don’t know. With about eleven hours to write them, I may get that many written. Then again, I may not get that many written. It can go either way. With my last post in Missouri, it would have depended on how busy it was at work as to how much writing I got done that day. But that isn’t true with this post. It can get a little bit busy toward the end of my shift. But that doesn’t affect my writing. Will I get a hundred and sixty single sentences written today while at work? I think that I have a very good chance of doing it. If I don’t, I should be very close to finishing this single sentence Scene Outline. I’m thinking that I will probably have only Tag Act Two left to finish before this Scene Outline is finished. If that’s true about Tag Act Two being the only single sentences left to end this Scene Outline, I will get it done Sunday morning. Not only will I get it done, but I should have plenty of time to start working on my single paragraphs for the Story Outline. I could start with the Scene Outline. But I will probably start with the Story Outline first. Why start with the single-paragraph Story Outline? It’s because that is the easier one to write. That’s sixty single paragraphs to write compared to three hundred and sixty. Plus, all the Establishing Shots that I will be writing for this movie. Besides, it’s easier to re-write a Story Outline than it is a Scene Outline. The big question is how close I will get to Tag Act Two with my single sentences. I can’t answer that question right now because I don’t know. Probably can get to Act Eight. That will be one hundred and five single sentences. But will I be able to finish Act Eight? That’s the big question. I should get part of it done. But maybe not all of it. |
