Onward and Forward

Well, the Anniversary Party week at WdC has finished. It was so much fun. I did triple my portfolio size by entering contests. I also ramped up my reviewing, and got some great ideas on reviewing as I went along. Several of my pieces were reviewed as well. I always enjoy feedback, whether praise or correction, as both are encouraging me to be a better writer.

I also have done some Search a Word puzzles which were fun, and pretty easy to make. Another fun thing to do

And good grief! So many Merit Badges...I almost have a full page worth...the kindness and generosity of everyone is just amazing. I was blessed with many gps, as well; so I was able to enter raffles, and try to help out others as I could. Eventually, I would like to learn how to make trinkets (which are fun little knick-knacks) and maybe even do a charity raffle of my own one day.

Of course, there is the writing. I've found my niche, I suppose in poetry; but found out I may be able to do short-stories as well. And I really do have a warped sense of humor...LOL

Well, this has been a busy week for me. I am, again, grateful for finding WdC and figuring out (somewhat) a purpose in my life.
