Our Land Needs Healing

Prompt: 2 Chronicles 7:14

If we all followed this verse, could we heal our land?


I believe that God wants us to follow Him and His ways. I think the emphasis is on the wrong one, in your question...God said that He would hear from Heaven, He would forgive our sin, and He would heal our land.
But this is contingent on us doing our part: Humble ourselves, Pray and Seek His face, Turn from our wicked ways. It is a two way street. Otherwise, it wouldn't be our free choice.

Can it be done? I am an eternal optimist, and say that anything is possible. I'm also a realist - Not everyone will make the choice to do so.
I am grateful that this is not our permanent home, and that one day, we will inherit a "healed land".
