Halloween is here
Bring on the costumes
Bring on the candy
Bring on the Pepto Bismol

The veil is supposed to be
thinnest at this time of year;
between the living and the dead.
But really, I have nothing to fear;
Nothing scary, nothing to dread.

So bring on the ghosties, ghouls, and goblins
My faith in Christ secure;
Bring on the dragons, witches and zombies
My grounding indeed is sure.
