How do you deal with your own moments of unbelief?

My moments of unbelief are few and far between, but when I get them, they can be doosies!

I have to remember the parents of the boy who was possessed by demons - Jesus asked them if they believed; Their response was I believe! Help me in my unbelief!

Jesus asked the question: “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”(Mark 9:23 NKJV) The man's response is immediate: “Immediately the father of the child cried out and said with tears, “Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!” (Mark 9:24 NKJV)

I think that is where we have to go...to Jesus - asking Him to help us in our unbelief, and to believe.
