A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here.

Double Yesterday Morning
Double Yesterday Morning

There was a fifth Establishing Shot written earlier today for my second scriptwriting project, The Final Ritual. That’s because I had one toward the end of Act One of this movie. I usually don’t have an Establishing Shot except for at the beginning of an Act, but it does happen every so often. This was one of those often.

That wasn’t the reason why I only got twenty single paragraphs for this Scene Outline written for this project aka fifteen numeric scenes and five Establishing Shots. The reason was the same as the ten yesterday. I had several paragraphs that I had trouble writing, and that took some time to figure out.

I knew what I wanted to write in these paragraphs. Just not how to write them. had to rewrite a lot when I was trying to figure out the best way to write them. some were only a few words or a sentence, and sometimes it was most of a paragraph or all of it. It seemed to be the few words that gave me the most problems.

Twenty single paragraphs aren’t bad for a Saturday, but it could have been better. it would have been better if not for those rewrites. If not for them, I may have gotten twenty-five, and now twenty-six paragraphs are written. at least twenty-five was what I was hoping to get written early today at work.

My original goal for today was to get twenty-five paragraphs written for this project. That was not twenty-six because of the extra Establishing Shot. Unfortunately, I only got twenty done earlier today. That means that I have thirty-one paragraphs left to end this Act. Doubt I will get that many tomorrow.

Speaking of tomorrow, I’m going to continue to work on this project. I don’t know how many single paragraphs I will be getting done tomorrow, but I’m hoping that it will be at least another twenty. If I can do that, then I will be happy. Think I can do it, but who knows when it comes to my writing.

It doesn’t get too busy at this post. Especially on the weekends. So, I should be able to get at least another twenty paragraphs written tomorrow at work. After all, I did it today. There is no reason why I can’t do it again tomorrow. I’m hoping for a lot more than twenty, but twenty will be great too.

I’m hoping to get thirty-one paragraphs written tomorrow at work, but I’m not going to count that until it happens. If I’m lucky, I will get about twenty to twenty-five single paragraphs written for this project. Whether I get twenty, twenty-five, or more, I’m going to get as many paragraphs as I can tomorrow at work.
