Thirteen Plus Three

As you can read in the above blog title, I got sixteen single paragraphs written for my second scriptwriting project, The Final Ritual. I wrote them early today aka on a Friday. I’m not exactly sure how I did them. By about halfway through my shift, I hadn’t even quite gotten the eight paragraphs I needed to end Act Two of this Scene Outline.

I figured if I was lucky, I would get about ten to twelve single paragraphs written for this movie by the end of my shift earlier today, and that includes two Establishing Shots. Don’t ask me how I did it. Because I don’t know the answer to that question. All I know is that I not only finished Act two, but I got the first five numeric scenes of Act Three written before the end of my shift earlier today, including three Establishing Shots.

Overall, I did thirteen numeric scene single paragraphs and three Establishing Shots paragraphs for a total of sixteen single paragraphs earlier today at work. I just thought of something. It’s December the sixteen aka hump day for this month, and I also did sixteen single paragraphs today. Is that an omen, or isn’t it? I think that it is for today, but I hope that it isn’t one for tomorrow too.

Tomorrow, I will be working an extra five hours on my writing. So, I hope I don’t only get seventeen single paragraphs written for this movie tomorrow. I’m not counting on a lot more than that, but I’m hoping to get about twenty to twenty-five more written tomorrow. Of course, I would like it to be more than that, but I’m not going to count on that happening until it does.

If it’s anything like yesterday, I have a very good chance to get at least twenty to twenty-five numeric scenes written tomorrow at work. After all, I am working a twelve-hour shift tomorrow aka about ten and a half to eleven hours of writing time. So, getting that many or more single paragraphs written isn’t out of the question. Hopefully, I can go five more of that.

I need thirty single numeric paragraphs to finish this Act. That’s why I’m hoping to get five to ten more of them written tomorrow at work. Don’t know if I can do that or not, but I have done it before. At least I think that I have. I’m just not sure if it were paragraphs or sentences. It could be either one or a combination of them both.

Doubt it was a combination of both. That would mean I finished I finished writing my single sentences and admittedly start working on my single paragraphs. I don’t think that I have ever done that before. Whether I did that or not it doesn’t matter. What matters is how many I get written tomorrow, and I’m going to get as many of them as I can get done at work tomorrow.
