How do you lay treasures up for yourself in heaven and not on Earth?

Obedience. Keeping your focus on God's will rather than your own. Being generous with your possessions, realizing that you are only a steward, and not an owner of what you possess. Realizing that perfection is to be desired, but recognizing that God's grace abounds.
