20221227 Live! From a Living Room!

So...

Christmas/birthday.

I spent the day with family and am currently avoiding the heat in an air conditioned living room, so I have spent the morning going over some writing (hey! new item in the portfolio! "Catching The Last Bus" ) and finishing off some other stuff, then back to the carpark once it cools down. We're expecting 105 degrees F today, so I'm glad to be somewhere cool.

Writing is still going through a manic phase, though the stories have a strong undercurrent of depression. The one I posted, a longer one I'm 10k words into, a couple of poems - all feel like they are coming from a dark place.

Getting it out is surely better than keeping it bottled up, though.

Anyway, new year coming up. Fingers crossed.
