Prompt: Lyn asked what our plans and goals for 2023 are and our writing plans. She asked if we were going to write a Dear Me Letter about our 2023 Goals. I quit making goals and plans for 2023. As for a Dear Me Letter, I never win. I have dreams and hopes but no long term goals. I have some minor medical issues and I need to get them improved before I have knee replacement. I have been talking about knee replacement but you don't schedule it for tomorrow. You schedule it 6 weeks in advance. You need a dental exam. My dental exam. I need some dental work. I get that done, I have knee replacement. It will be partial. Still, it is a dreaded word. I feel like the odds are stacked against me. Dentists always find crap long with you. I am praying things work out so I can my knee replacement and my life will be good medically. Writing. I have no plans on writing a novel. I write Blog entries. A story on here. Maybe I will write some more Jane Austen Newsletters. I will never make a living at writing. I had 2 novels published. I get social security. We are getting a new computer. I hope Blog City will do Blog Entries for the prompts Lyn, Joy and I give out. I enjoy doing reviews and I write what comes to mind. I quit writing novels. I have 2 in here in my Port. Sometimes, I write a poem or 2. I like The Bards Hall Contest. I enter and I have won First Place, Second Place or a Honorable Mention. I don't do a lot of contests. I do like Bards Hall Contest. I like their prompts. I used to enter contests offline but I am content to just write here. Works for me. I pray God makes the world a better place. I go to Church, read my Bible and I like reading Devotions. I read a Danielle Steel Novel every few months. 2023. Let's pray for the world. Live each day as it comes. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, live a little longer. Thank you, Kelly Clarkson. Not very exciting. I have no big plans. I just want to get through the winter. I did enjoy Christmas.
