Spring charm
Spring charm


The stone bench in the park
under a canopy of tall trees
invites hundreds to relax,
enjoy the fragrant green,
the scented white roses,
lines of lilies and daisies.

Yet, the grey in the spirit
obliterates, lets me not
a glimpse at the spring
charm spread around me.
