What attracts people to the gospel of Christ?

This reminds me of the sing-a-long song "They will know we are Christians by out love". You remember that Jesus hung out with the "rabble" of his day. When the Pharisees grumbled and complained about this, He told them it isn't the healthy that need a physician, but the sick. (Mark 2:17)

We need to have the attitude that Jesus had, if we are to be made "attractive" to those who need Him. I no longer believe that in-your-face is the way to go. I'm not saying that it cannot work; I'm saying that it's no longer who I am as a Christian. I have to pray that God shows me the way to witness to others, to make them hungry for something they may not even know they need.
