Here is a blast from the past. I Wanna Dance with Somebody - Whitney Houston. I don't use this as a romantic song, but I use this song and others like this as a "get up and move" - motivation for cleaning house, for example. It gets the heart racing a bit and makes moving a little easier. It helps that Whitney had some good pipes. LOL. I hope you find this a good "get up and move" style of song.
