Shamrocks
Shamrocks line the window sill
Their upturned leaves turn towards the sun
Their light stalks bounce on the springish breeze
As white flowers kiss the air
And bring a smile to each visitor's face.

We gaze out the window
And see snow covering every surface
It clings as if holding on to time
But soon the weather will change
And the cold will flee
As the world embraces
The warmth of Springtime.
